I didn’t feel totally comfortable with how the privacy stuff was handled. A few emails included more personal info than I expected, and it made me pause and wonder who might be able to see my details.
Support did get back to me, but the replies felt generic, like I was just another ticket number in the queue. Maybe everything is technically fine, but with something this personal, I expected a little more clarity and care.

The test kit arrived fine, but the instructions were a little confusing to me. I had to read through them a few times, and even then I wasn’t totally sure I had packed the sample the right way.
The shipping part was kind of frustrating too. The return label worked, but the tracking didn’t update for several days, so I started wondering if the sample was just sitting somewhere.

Customer support did get back to me eventually, though not as quickly as I would’ve liked. In the end everything got done, but the whole collection and shipping process was more stressful than I expected.

The site was simple to use, and I liked the idea of getting some answers from home without having to wait forever for an appointment. I used infertilitylab.com hoping it would give me a clearer picture, but the results ended up not lining up with what my doctor told me later, which made me feel even more stressed and confused.

Maybe it’s helpful for some people, and I do appreciate that the process itself wasn’t complicated. But for me, the accuracy just didn’t feel reliable enough, and I don’t think I’d trust it again. If anything, it pushed me to realize I probably should’ve gone straight to a clinic first.

It just felt overpriced for what I got. I was expecting better value, but it didn’t really deliver. When I brought it up, the response felt like one of those canned apologies they send to everyone, which made it even more frustrating.

I tried it out, but the results weren’t very clear — I had trouble figuring out what they were actually telling me. It didn’t end up being all that useful for what I needed.
